يدفع المستأجر مبلغ ٣٠٠٠ درهم كتأمينات تسترد له بعد ٣٠ يوم من تاريخ إرجاع السيارة.

A 3000 Ohs. shall be paid as a deposit for period of 30 days after returning the car.

أقل فترة لتأجير السيارة هي ٣ أيام.

The minimum rental period for any car is 3 days.

يكون المستأجر مسؤول عن رسوم رياضة تأمين إضافي بقيمة ٣٠٠٠ درهم في حالة حدوث حادث للسيارة. يجب على المستأجر تقديم الأوراق اللازمة للشرطة / المحكمة للمطالبة بقيمة الأضرار من شركة التأمين، وفي كلا الحالتين فإن المستأجر يكون مسؤولاً عن دفع قيمة الأضرار حسب تقديرات الشركة، بالإضافة إلى دفع أجرة السيارة عن فترة الإصلاح.

The hirer will be responsible for the excess insurance charge of (3000) Ohs. Of any accident caused to the vehicle. The hirer must Submit at necessary Police / Court case papers to claim any damage charges from the Insurance Company. Otherwise the hirer will be responsible for the payment of damage charges as per estimate in both the cases, the hirer will be responsible to pay the hire charges for the period to be taken for repair of such damages.

يكون الدفع بواسطة بطاقة الائتمان أو بطاقة الشحن، توقيعي أدناه يعتبر تفويضاً للشركة بخصم المبلغ المستحق من بطاقتي. أوافق أيضاً على دفع جميع المخالفات المرورية وأي غرامات تظهر بعد فترة الإيجار وحتى بعد شهر أو أكثر من تاريخ تسليم السيارة.

A Payment is to be made by the Credit Card / Charge Card, my signature below shall constitute Authority to debit my nominated Credit Card Company with the total amount due. I further agree to pay all charges of traffic violation. Damage charges or any other offences during my rental period and any more fines appear after one month or more from the time of delivery of the car.

الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي خسارة نقدية أو ممتلكات تخص المستأجر أثناء أو بعد فترة الإيجار.

The company holds no responsibility of any cash or valuables belonging to the renter that may be lost while the vehicle is in his/her possession or after the entire period of the hire.

في حالة تم بلاغ على المستأجر أو السائق سيتم إلغاء الخصم الممنوح وسيتم احتساب المبلغ بدون خصم.

If we open the case on the renter/person/Driver the discount which had been given to them will be cancelled and they will be charge without discount.

Terms & Conditions
  1. In case of any accident, whether the hirer is at fault or not, he must pay the daily rent for the entire period the vehicle is under repair.
  2. In case of any accident, the hirer should not move the vehicle from the place of accident before the police inspection is complete. He has to deliver all the required documents immediately to the rent office; otherwise, he will be fully responsible.
  3. If any accident occurred because the driver was under the influence of alcohol or any other similar substance, he has to pay complete compensation for all damages to the vehicle.
  4. The hirer is responsible to pay for repair and delays/rent for the period if the vehicle is not working due to an accident or technical trouble caused by carelessness, negligence, or intentional misuse.
  5. The hirer agrees to pay all traffic or parking tickets during or after the rental period. The company reserves the right to claim any such amounts within three years after the end of the rental.
  6. In case of Total Loss (vehicle beyond economical repairs), the hirer agrees to pay the company:
    • 30% of the total insured value if the vehicle is less than 12 months from the date of purchase.
    • 20% if the vehicle is between 12 and 24 months old at the time of the accident.
    (Excluding payments covered by the insurance company.)
  7. The hirer is not allowed to use the vehicle to tow another vehicle or for racing. He will be responsible for any damage caused.
  8. In case of accident or technical trouble, the hirer must inform the office. He is not allowed to repair the vehicle without informing the rent office.
  9. No permission to use the vehicle outside the UAE. Insurance policy is valid inside the UAE only.
  10. The hirer needs to take permission to extend the rental period.
  11. The company is not responsible for any cash or valuables lost while the vehicle is in the hirer’s possession.
  12. The hirer must ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe and secure place when not in use. Any damage, including due to acts of God, is the sole responsibility of the hirer.
  13. The hirer is forbidden to transport any illegal items under UAE law (e.g., alcohol, drugs). He will be solely responsible for any fines or damages.
  14. If the hirer’s license is less than one year old or the hirer is under 25 years old, he will be solely responsible for all damages in any accident and must pay for vehicle downtime during repairs.
  15. The hirer is not allowed to hand over the vehicle to any other person. Otherwise, he/she will be responsible for all damages and fines.
  16. A deposit of 3000 AED shall be paid by those not holding a UAE or GCC license, refundable 30 days after returning the car.
  17. In case of monthly rental, the hirer shall pay rent every 15 days.
  18. Daily rent is for 24 hours only. If exceeded, another day will be counted.
  19. All repairs should be done at agency workshops.
  20. No one can use the vehicle except the hirer or the driver named in the agreement.
  21. If the vehicle is repaired in any garage other than the agency, it will be treated as dishonesty of trust. The car will be transferred to the agency for repair, and the cost and duration of repair will be charged without discount.
  22. Penalty of 500 AED in case of smoking inside the car.
الأحكام والشروط
  1. في حالة وقوع حادث للسيارة سواء كان المستأجر مخطئاً أو غير مخطئ، عليه دفع إيجار السيارة اليومي حتى يتم إصلاح السيارة بالكامل، بالإضافة إلى تحمل قيمة الإصلاح غير المغطى من التأمين.
  2. في حال وقوع حادث، لا يجوز للمستأجر تحريك السيارة من مكان الحادث قبل انتهاء تفتيش الشرطة، ويجب عليه تسليم جميع المستندات المطلوبة فورًا إلى مكتب الإيجار، وإلا سيكون مسؤولًا بالكامل.
  3. إذا وقع الحادث وكان السائق تحت تأثير الكحول أو أي مادة مشابهة، فعليه دفع تعويض كامل عن جميع الأضرار التي لحقت بالمركبة.
  4. يكون المستأجر مسؤولًا عن دفع تكاليف الإصلاح وتأخير الإيجار خلال الفترة التي تكون فيها السيارة غير صالحة للاستخدام بسبب حادث أو عطل فني ناتج عن الإهمال أو سوء الاستخدام المتعمد.
  5. يوافق المستأجر على دفع جميع مخالفات المرور أو مواقف السيارات خلال أو بعد فترة الإيجار، وتحتفظ الشركة بالحق في المطالبة بهذه المبالغ خلال ثلاث سنوات بعد انتهاء فترة الإيجار.
  6. في حال الخسارة الكاملة (تلف المركبة بشكل يتجاوز الإصلاح الاقتصادي)، يوافق المستأجر على دفع ما يلي للشركة:
    - ‎30٪ من القيمة الإجمالية المؤمن عليها إذا كانت المركبة أقل من 12 شهرًا من تاريخ الشراء.
    - ‎20٪ إذا كانت المركبة بين 12 و24 شهرًا وقت الحادث.
    (باستثناء المبالغ التي تغطيها شركة التأمين).
  7. لا يُسمح للمستأجر باستخدام السيارة في سحب مركبة أخرى أو في سباقات، وسيكون مسؤولًا عن أي أضرار ناتجة.
  8. في حال وقوع حادث أو عطل فني، يجب على المستأجر إبلاغ المكتب، ولا يُسمح له بإصلاح السيارة دون إخطار مكتب الإيجار.
  9. لا يُسمح باستخدام السيارة خارج دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وبوليصة التأمين صالحة داخل الإمارات فقط.
  10. يجب على المستأجر الحصول على إذن مسبق لتمديد فترة الإيجار.
  11. الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي نقود أو ممتلكات ثمينة مفقودة أثناء وجود السيارة في حيازة المستأجر.
  12. يجب على المستأجر التأكد من ركن السيارة في مكان آمن ومحمي عند عدم استخدامها، وأي ضرر، بما في ذلك الأضرار الناتجة عن الكوارث الطبيعية، هو مسؤولية المستأجر وحده.
  13. يُحظر على المستأجر نقل أي مواد غير قانونية بموجب قوانين دولة الإمارات (مثل الكحول أو المخدرات)، وسيكون مسؤولًا بالكامل عن أي غرامات أو أضرار.
  14. إذا كانت رخصة قيادة المستأجر أقل من سنة واحدة أو كان عمره أقل من 25 عامًا، فسيكون مسؤولًا بالكامل عن جميع الأضرار في أي حادث، ويجب عليه دفع أجرة السيارة عن فترة الإصلاح.
  15. لا يُسمح للمستأجر بتسليم السيارة لأي شخص آخر، وإلا سيكون مسؤولًا عن جميع الأضرار والغرامات.
  16. يجب على من لا يحمل رخصة قيادة من الإمارات أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي دفع تأمين قدره 3000 درهم، يُسترد بعد 30 يومًا من إعادة السيارة.
  17. في حال الإيجار الشهري، يجب على المستأجر دفع الإيجار كل 15 يومًا.
  18. الإيجار اليومي لمدة 24 ساعة فقط، وإذا تم تجاوزها يُحتسب يوم إضافي.
  19. يجب إجراء جميع الإصلاحات في ورش الوكالة فقط.
  20. لا يجوز لأي شخص استخدام السيارة سوى المستأجر أو السائق المذكور في العقد.
  21. إذا تم إصلاح السيارة في أي ورشة غير ورشة الوكالة، فسيُعتبر ذلك خيانة للأمانة، وسيتم نقل السيارة إلى الوكالة للإصلاح، وستُحمّل التكاليف ومدة الإصلاح على المستأجر بدون أي خصم.
  22. غرامة قدرها 500 درهم في حال التدخين داخل السيارة.
